US Direct Distro accepts returns for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs may also be covered if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date you hand your package over to the return carrier, although many refunds are completed sooner. This timeframe includes the shipping transit time for the returned item to reach us (usually 5–10 business days), the time required for our team to inspect and process the return after receipt (approximately 3–5 business days), and the time needed for your financial institution to process and post the refund (generally 5–10 business days).

Shipping
US Direct Distro ships orders to all 50 states within the United States. Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for delivery to specific states. Customers are responsible for verifying whether products are permitted under their local state laws before placing an order.
Once your order is placed, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the shipping carrier and service chosen.
Please note that shipping charges for many products are calculated based on the item’s weight. Product weights can be found on the respective product detail pages. In accordance with shipping carrier policies, all item weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound for shipping calculations.
